Production Issues Are Reviewed
If a legitimate production issue cannot be corrected within the agreed scope, Signature Story Collection will work directly with the Certified Partner on an appropriate resolution.
Creative-rights notice: Photographers and clients retain whatever rights they lawfully hold in their original photographs, logos, stories, and submitted materials. Does submitting the form reserve my territory?
No. Submitting the form begins the availability review. A territory is secured only after approval, acceptance of the applicable Partner terms, and payment of the annual certification fee within the stated time window.
How long is the protected territory active?
The initial certification term is one year beginning on the date the annual certification fee is received. Territory protection continues while certification remains active, paid, compliant, and in good standing.
Can I choose what I charge my client?
Yes. You control your retail price, deposit, payment schedule, and customer-facing refund terms. You keep everything collected above the applicable Signature Story Collection production fee.
How many photographs are included?
A standard collection includes between 1 and 20 finished professional photographs selected after the photographer completes the normal editing process.
Will you alter my photography?
We do not intentionally recolor, retouch, filter, or restyle your finished images. Minor cropping, scaling, or repositioning may be used only when necessary to fit the 16:9 video format.
Will my logo, watermark, or signature remain visible?
Yes. If it is already included on the submitted image, it remains part of the finished video. Qualifying public collections may also include a separate photography-credit end card.
Is every video public?
Public YouTube publication is the standard option when disclosed and authorized. Clients who prefer greater privacy must select the unlisted option before production begins.
What does unlisted YouTube delivery mean?
An unlisted video is not intended to appear in ordinary public search results, but anyone with the direct link may be able to view or share it. No internet-based delivery method guarantees complete secrecy.
Is AI used during production?
Yes. Premium licensed AI-assisted tools may be used for lyric development, music generation, editing, artwork, captions, and production support. Human direction, editing, quality control, assembly, and final review remain part of the process.
Is one revision included?
Yes. One reasonable revision round is included for corrections or limited changes such as a misspelled name, incorrect date, caption correction, reasonable image substitution, or minor timing adjustment.

Do I receive a complimentary collection?

Are there monthly minimums?
There are no mandatory monthly production purchases. Production charges apply only when you submit paid client projects. After the 90-day onboarding period, Partners are expected to remain reasonably active to maintain an exclusive protected territory.
What happens if I do not complete any sales?
There is no sales requirement during the first 90 days. After onboarding, prolonged inactivity may lead to support outreach, review, and possible reopening of the protected territory if the Partner remains inactive.
How do Signature Rewards work?
Five completed paid collections in one calendar month earn a $25 Production Credit, ten earn a $75 Production Credit, and twenty earn a $175 Production Credit. Monthly totals reset on the first day of the next month.
When do I pay the production fee?
For the first five paid projects, the production fee is due within 72 hours after delivery. After five completed and successfully paid projects, a Partner in good standing may request Net 30 billing.

Signature Story Collection may collect information submitted through the website, territory inquiry forms, client story forms, email, text messages, telephone conversations, project communications, payment records, and digital files.
This information may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, cities, states, ZIP codes, service areas, portfolio links, photography specialties, client stories, photographs, music preferences, publication choices, billing information, revision requests, and other project details.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to review territory availability, contact prospective Partners, manage certification, create Partner pages, produce personalized songs and videos, deliver projects, process payments, provide support, maintain records, improve services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Photographs and Client Stories
Submitted photographs and stories may be used only as reasonably necessary to produce, revise, host, deliver, support, and publish the requested collection according to the selected publication option.
Sharing of Information
Signature Story Collection does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the applicable photographer, client, authorized recipient, production provider, hosting provider, form provider, email provider, storage provider, payment provider, professional adviser, or government authority when reasonably necessary.
Third-Party Services
The website and production process may use services including Netlify, Formspree, Google Fonts, YouTube, Google, email providers, cloud storage, payment processors, and licensed creative software. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns and improve the Partner recruitment experience. Hosting, forms, fonts, video, and other third-party services may use cookies or logs for security, functionality, performance, or their own service operations.
Retention and Security
Information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for project production, delivery, support, billing, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information has been used. Some information may need to be retained for legal, transaction, security, or operational reasons.
Children’s Privacy
The website and Partner Program are intended for adults. A parent, guardian, photographer, or authorized adult may submit photographs or story details involving a child for a legitimate project and is responsible for having the necessary authority and permissions.

Clear Standards and Clear Expectations

Acceptance
By using this website, submitting a territory request, submitting project materials, purchasing services, or participating in the Partner Program, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, client, family member, or other person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Territory Requests
Submitting a form does not reserve a territory. Territory protection begins only after review, approval, acceptance of the applicable Partner terms, and receipt of the required annual certification fee.
Partner Program
Approved Partners may receive protected territory status, a dedicated Partner page, marketing resources, access to the published production rate, photography credit, and eligibility for applicable rewards. Participation may also require acceptance of a separate Partner Agreement.
Fees and Payments
Annual certification fees and production fees must be paid according to the applicable invoice and Partner terms. For the first five paid projects, the production fee is generally due within 72 hours after delivery. Approved Partners may later request Net 30 billing.
Photographer and Client Relationship
The photographer remains responsible for photography services, client agreements, pricing, deposits, payment schedules, refund policies, image delivery, and customer communications.
Project Permissions
The submitting party represents that all submitted photographs, stories, logos, names, and other materials may lawfully be provided and used for the requested project and selected publication option.
AI-Assisted Production
Signature Story Collection may use licensed AI-assisted tools during lyric development, music generation, editing, artwork, captions, and production support. Creative output is subjective, and no particular melody, performance, emotional reaction, or commercial result is guaranteed.
Delivery and Revisions
One reasonable revision round is included with a standard collection. Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Recipients are responsible for downloading and preserving delivered files.
Intellectual Property
Photographers and clients retain whatever rights they lawfully hold in their original materials. Signature Story Collection retains its branding, templates, workflows, forms, marketing resources, and production methods.
No Guaranteed Results
Signature Story Collection does not guarantee Partner acceptance, territory value, sales, profits, search rankings, YouTube views, audience growth, leads, or exclusive copyright protection for AI-assisted output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a specific paid project will not exceed the amount paid to Signature Story Collection for that project. Liability arising solely from annual certification will not exceed the applicable annual certification fee.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith written communication. Any court proceeding not required elsewhere will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ventura County, California.
Refund Policy
Fair Resolutions for Personalized Creative Work
Effective July 15, 2026
Annual Certification Fees
Annual certification fees are generally non-refundable after Partner status and territory protection have been activated, except under the 90-Day Partner Success Guarantee™ or where required by law.
90-Day Partner Success Guarantee
A new Partner may request the guarantee at the end of the first 90 days. The Partner must speak personally with Founder Dan Rock, review the experience, provide honest feedback, and discuss whether the concern can be resolved.
If the Partner still chooses to leave after that conversation, the annual certification fee will be refunded in full. Partner status, territory protection, and Partner-page access will then end.
Production Fees
Once meaningful custom production begins, production fees are generally non-refundable because personalized work has already been performed.
Cancellations
A project canceled before meaningful production begins may qualify for a full refund, partial refund, or production credit after deducting nonrecoverable charges or completed administrative work. Projects canceled after production begins are generally non-refundable.
Revisions Before Refunds
Correctable concerns should first be handled through the included revision round. A complete creative restart, replacement song, new genre, or major restructuring may require additional pricing.
Production Issues
If a legitimate production issue cannot be corrected within the agreed scope, an appropriate resolution may include an additional correction, production credit, partial refund, or full refund of the affected production fee.
Photographer-Client Refunds
The photographer independently controls the retail refund policy offered to the photographer’s client. A photographer’s decision to refund a client does not automatically cancel the production fee owed to Signature Story Collection.

Send refund or resolution requests to partners@signaturestorycollection.com with the Partner name, business name, project information, reason for the request, and requested resolution.

Permitted Use
The website, Partner pages, forms, marketing resources, production services, badges, and related systems may be used only for lawful, authorized Signature Story Collection business.
Acceptable uses include honestly presenting the service, submitting authorized client stories and photographs, using approved Partner materials, communicating with clients, and managing legitimate projects.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit or request content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, exploitative, seriously invasive, sexually exploitative, malicious, or knowingly infringing.
Intellectual Property Abuse
You may not submit photographs, logos, stories, music, trademarks, or other materials without the necessary ownership, license, permission, or authority.
Fraud and Misrepresentation
You may not impersonate another person, falsify business information, misrepresent territory rights, submit fake client details, create fraudulent orders, manipulate rewards, or make unauthorized claims on behalf of Signature Story Collection.
Spam and Unwanted Contact
Partner resources may not be used for unlawful spam, purchased email lists, deceptive messages, automated harassment, or communications that violate applicable marketing and privacy laws.
System and Security Abuse
You may not interfere with the website, forms, hosting, accounts, files, links, production systems, or security controls. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, malware, scraping, credential theft, destructive testing, and attempts to bypass restrictions.
Brand and Partner Resource Abuse

AI and Creative Claims
Partners may not falsely describe AI-assisted production as entirely human-created, entirely automated, guaranteed to be copyrightable, or guaranteed to produce a particular artistic or commercial outcome.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content rejection, project cancellation, removal of materials, suspension of production, loss of billing privileges, suspension or termination of Partner status, reopening of the protected territory, refusal of future service, or legal action.
Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, fraud, infringement, security issues, or unauthorized Partner activity to partners@signaturestorycollection.com .

Professional Conduct
Certified Partners must communicate clearly, provide accurate information, follow through on commitments, maintain professional standards, and address mistakes directly and honestly.
Honest Marketing
Partners must not misrepresent pricing, deliverables, turnaround times, territory rights, creative methods, guarantees, sales results, search rankings, audience growth, or Partner status.
Client Communication
Partners should clearly explain what the collection includes, how AI-assisted production is used, the 1–20 photograph limit, the standard revision scope, publication choices, retail pricing, and the Partner’s own payment and refund terms.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Client stories, photographs, contact information, project files, private links, and communications must be handled with reasonable care and used only for authorized business and production purposes.
Territory Respect
Partners must respect other approved territories and may not falsely claim exclusivity, interfere with another Partner’s active client relationship, or use misleading addresses and local pages to claim unapproved markets.
Respectful Behavior
Harassment, threats, discrimination, retaliation, fraud, impersonation, theft, exploitation, and malicious conduct are prohibited.
Corrective Action
Violations may result in guidance, warning, required correction, suspension, loss of billing privileges, territory reopening, or termination of Certified Partner status.

Photographers, clients, and Partners must submit only photographs, logos, stories, names, and other materials they own, license, or have permission to use.
Signature Story Collection retains ownership of its website content, branding, trademarks, badges, templates, forms, workflows, production methods, Partner resources, and proprietary business systems.
Finished collections are provided for client personal use and the photographer’s ordinary client delivery and portfolio-related promotion, subject to applicable platform and software restrictions.
No promise of exclusive copyright ownership, copyright registration, work-made-for-hire status, or exclusivity is made unless separately confirmed in a signed writing.
Copyright concerns may be sent to partners@signaturestorycollection.com with identification of the work, the disputed use, contact information, and a good-faith explanation of the claimed rights.
