Your Photography Stays Your Photography
The photographer supplies between 1 and 20 professionally edited images. We do not add filters, recolor, retouch, or change the photographer’s editing style. Images may be lightly cropped or repositioned only when needed to fit the 16:9 video format, while preserving the composition whenever possible.
YouTube Delivery
Every finished collection is delivered through a working YouTube link on the official Signature Story Collection channel. Public publication is the standard selection. Clients who prefer privacy must choose the unlisted option on the story form before production begins.
Client Payments Stay With You
The photographer sets the retail price, deposit requirement, payment schedule, and customer-facing refund policy. Signature Story Collection does not collect money directly from the photographer’s client.
Standard Revision Scope
One reasonable revision round is included for corrections or limited adjustments such as a name, date, lyric detail, caption, or image swap. A complete creative restart or entirely new song is outside the standard revision scope.
Resolution Protection
If a legitimate production issue cannot be resolved within the agreed scope, Signature Story Collection will work directly with the Certified Partner on an appropriate resolution, which may include revisions, a production credit, or a refund.
Clean Presentation
The standard film uses simple fade transitions, intentional image timing, and readable lyric captions. No unnecessary animations or distracting visual effects are added.
Photographer Branding Included
If submitted images already contain the photographer’s logo, watermark, or signature, it remains visible in the finished video. Public collections may also include a professional photography credit end card and website mention at no additional cost.
Creative rights: Finished collections are delivered for the client’s personal use. Signature Story Collection retains its branding, templates, workflows, and production methods. No promise of exclusive copyright ownership is made unless separately confirmed in writing.

Protected Territory Activity Policy
Protected territories are intended for photographers who actively offer Signature Story Collection™ to their clients.
After the initial 90-day onboarding period, partners should complete at least one paid collection per month. If a territory becomes inactive, we will first reach out personally, provide support, and discuss what may be preventing progress.

How long is the territory protected?
The initial term is one year beginning on the date payment is received. Renewal terms and pricing are reviewed before expiration.
Can I choose what I charge my client?
Yes. You control your retail price and retain everything above the $50 Certified Certified Partner production rate.
How many photographs are included?
Each standard collection includes up to 20 professional photographs. Nonstandard requests must be approved before production.
Is every video public?
Public YouTube publication is the standard option and is clearly disclosed on the client form. Clients can select unlisted delivery before production.
Do I receive a complimentary sample?
Yes. Every active Certified Partner receives one complimentary standard collection during each active partnership year.
Are there monthly minimums?
No. Production charges apply only when you submit paid client projects.
How do monthly Signature Rewards work?
Completed paid collections are counted during each calendar month. Five earns a $25 Production Credit, ten earns a $75 Production Credit, and twenty earns a $175 Production Credit. Totals reset on the first day of the next month, and the rewards can be earned again every month.
Is the $25 annual rate permanent?
It is grandfathered for the first 100 approved partners as long as they renew on time and remain in good standing. If certification expires or is deactivated, reentry is subject to the current published rate.
What happens if I do not sell anything?
There is no sales requirement during the first 90 days. After onboarding, partners should complete at least one collection per month to keep an exclusive protected territory. We contact and support inactive partners before considering suspension or deactivation.
How does the 90-Day Partner Success Guarantee work?
At the end of your first 90 days, you may speak directly with Founder Dan Rock. If you believe the program did not provide meaningful value and still want to leave after that conversation, your annual certification fee is refunded in full and your partner status and territory are released.
Is AI used to create the song?
Yes. Premium licensed AI-assisted tools are used in the lyric and music-production process. Human work is still involved in direction, editing, quality control, captioning, image timing, artwork, and final assembly.
What does the standard video actually include?
The standard film uses between 1 and 20 photographer-supplied images, clean fade transitions, intentional pacing, and lyric captions synchronized to the song. Advanced animation and special effects are not included unless separately approved.

What markup is recommended?
A common starting markup is $50–$150 above the $50 production fee, depending on clientele, package positioning, and local market. The photographer may charge more and keeps the difference.
Can I market this to past clients?
Yes. Past clients may be an excellent starting point, especially when you still have access to their professional images. Certified Partners receive launch-email and promotional templates. The photographer keeps control of the client list and sends the message from their own business.
Does my business receive YouTube exposure?
Public collections may include photography credit, business name, service area, website, and Certified Partner status at no additional charge. Exposure and audience results are not guaranteed.
Will you alter my photographs?
No filters, recoloring, retouching, or style changes are applied. Images may be lightly cropped or repositioned only when necessary to fit the 16:9 video format. The standard film uses clean fades, careful timing, and lyric captions.
Will my logo, watermark, or signature stay visible?
Yes. If it is already included on the submitted image, it remains part of the video. Public collections may also include a separate photography-credit end card with your business name, website, service area, and Certified Partner designation.
